Street View of Phnom Penh

旧正月明けのせいか、街もバンコクやハノイに比べると少しおっとりした印象です。トゥクトゥクも心なしか速度がゆっくり。映像に取って見ると、街路樹が相当立派で、壁面緑化も多いことが分かります。生活の知恵といえばそれまでですが、日本の街路樹や緑化もこれくらい進めば、相当景観が改善されると思います。不動産関係では、緑化で建築が見えないほど、地域の不動産価値が上がる、なんてことが言われたりするのですが、こちらに来るとやはりそうかも知れないなあ～と思います。

Because today is second day of new year of moon calendar, the impression of the street view of Phnom Penh is a little bit slower than Bangkok or Hanoi.  The speed of  tuku-tuku is seemed also slower.  In a video, we can understand how a street tree and a green on the wall are impressive.   I believe if Japan could have this level of green in city, the view, landscape would be improved very much.  It is often said by the people of real estate that the area  where we can not see the building because of a lot of trees has good price.  I come to believe so.
